Remote Analysis Capability for X-Ways Forensics: F-Response

If you need to examine media that are attached to remote computers, over a network, you can use F-Response in conjunction with X-Ways Forensics. F-Response makes the storage devices on the remote computer completely accessible to the examiner’s computer, where they appear as local, raw, physical storage devices. The F-Response connection is completely read-only, functioning much like a software write blocker.

F-Response needs an additional dongle. A license allows you to use F-Response from the time when you receive the dongle until 1 year after the purchase (i.e. usable for approx. 1 year). It's available directly from X-Ways, and comes at a fraction of the cost of what you would have to pay for a competing software! After that 1 year you can buy a renewal from the developer of F-Response (Agile Risk Management LLC) at a reduced price. All sales are final, no refunds. 

There are 3 editions of F-Response: Field Kit (analysis of 1 remote computer at a time, dongle must be attached to remote computer), Consultant (analysis of multiple computers at a time with a single dongle), and Enterprise (optionally non-GUI, service-based, designed for corporate wide deployment, scriptable installation, single dongle). 

The next F-Response release will also allow to access target computers that are running Linux and Mac OS X. Using a Linux boot CD with F-Response you can also acquire computers via a cross-over cable with X-Ways Forensics.
